A social media user name withheld challenge Nigeria security agency for not using social media intelligent gathering to avert ethnic violence in the northern region

 TRACKING OF PHONES AND INVESTIGATIONS NA ONLY FOR HAMAZ BOYS?

We woke up to the news of killings and herdsmen attack in Mangu. The report says 6 people were killed, including two policemen.
Few days ago, I made a post about the intelligence gathering and cyber security investigation capacity of the nation's security architecture.
Proceeding the Rukuba road killings were so much venoms and threats of reprisal and Genocide on people.
People boldly came out to make threats of death and the security agents didn't deem it fit to make investigation of such posts and comments.
Below is a picture screenshot of one of such threats, what are we saying now? Is it coming to fulfilment?

A lot of people raised alarms about this threat few minutes and it trended on most social media handles, but their was obviously no investigation carried out to find this Threat maker for questioning.
Is the tracking of phone lines and investigations only for Hamaz boys? We have seen cases were such boys are picked up after stolen phones have been tracked by the security forces.
Are there no ways of nipping such attacks at the bud?
